The laws of the Republic of Serbia governing real estate law are the Law on the Fundamentals
of Property Relations, the Law on Planning and Construction, the Law on Real Estate Cadastre,
and others. They provide the fundamental rules on the acquisition, transfer, encumbrance, and
protection of rights over real estate.
