Attorney and mediator Jelena Aleksić provides legal services in all areas of civil, commercial, and criminal law.
After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, she enrolled in the Belgrade Bar Association as a legal trainee at one of the most prominent law
firms in Serbia, where she gained extensive experience in all areas of civil and criminal law.
After passing the judicial exam, she passed the bar exam in April 2022, after which she began cooperation as an attorney at a renowned law firm specialized in family law. In September 2022, she completed mediation training and subsequently enrolled in the register of mediators at the Ministry of Justice. During 2023, she specialized further in the field of tax law. She is
fluent in English.
Hristina Živić
Professional Associate
Hristina Živić, a law graduate who has passed the bar exam, is a professional of exceptional expertise and dedication. After completing her undergraduate law studies, Hristina successfully earned a master’s degree in labor law, focusing on the topic: “Discrimination of Roma job applicants and employees in the Republic of Serbia, labor law aspects.” This topic not only highlights an important social issue but also reflects Hristina’s strong commitment to justice and equality in everyday life.
Her extensive experience goes beyond labor law. Hristina has gained several years of valuable practical experience in misdemeanor and criminal law through her work as a judicial trainee at the Misdemeanor Court in Belgrade. This role enabled her to develop a deep understanding of the judicial system, as well as the skills necessary for effective client representation and legal advisory.
She is fluent in English.
